Covid-19 Queries

Do I need to wear a face covering?

Yes, please ensure you are wearing a face covering. If you are exempt from wearing a face covering, please make us aware before the performance. We also recommend that audiences take a PCR test 12 hours before the performance and to remain at home in the event of a positive test.

What time can I arrive at the venue?

The Stoller Hall: Please arrive at the venue 30 minutes before the performance start time to allow time to check-in to the NHS Test and Trace system and to be seated safely.

The Yard: Please arrive no more than 30 minutes prior to the performance start time. Please consider staggering entry throughout the 30 minute window and arrive together with everyone on your ticket. Please also check into NHS Test and Trace via mobile or pen/paper.

Will you pass my details on to NHS Test and Trace?

By purchasing a ticket to one of our events, you agree to not attend if you are feeling unwell prior to a gig. This is to ensure the safety of all our audience and artists.

If we are contacted by someone who has attended an event within 2 weeks of falling ill with confirmed covid-19, we are legally obliged to pass your contact information on to Test and Trace and may not be able to allow you to attend an event until 2 weeks from the potential transmission has passed, unless you have evidence of a negative covid test.

What should I do if I become unwell after my visit?

We are using the NHS Test and Trace system. Please sign in on your visit and if you do test positive, please report this on the Test and Trace app. If you’re unable to use the app for any reason please get in touch via email - boxoffice@stollerhall.com and contact@nqjazz.co.uk

What should I bring?

Please keep your belongings to a minimum and with you at all times.

The Stoller Hall: To limit physical contact, our cloakroom will be closed, so please refrain from bringing any baggage into the venue. There will be a bag search in operation at our main entrance and all visitors should arrive in good time to allow staff members to check the contents of any essential baggage.

The Yard: Please keep all belongs with you at all times.

What are you doing to ensure all events are safe?

Safety measures at all events organised and promoted by NQ Jazz will ensure your safety and comfort by including hand sanitising stations, one-way systems, socially distanced seating & toilet facilities, face coverings and NHS Test and Trace. We are only able to accept advance tickets during this period to ensure audience numbers are managed safely. This will include reduced numbers alongside a staggered timed entry system. All merchandise sales will be tendered by card payment only.

All measures will be reviewed regularly to stay in line with government guidance at all times. Risk assessments have been completed and will be completed at any time as required. These are available on request.

Will I be able to get a refund if a concert is cancelled due to covid-19?

In the event that a concert can not go ahead due to government guidelines and you have already purchased a ticket, our box office (The Stoller Hall) will be able to refund the full cost of your tickets. Unfortunately, booking fee charges will not be refundable. We can also transfer your ticket to another concert booking in the future, if preferred.

If localised restrictions in your area prevent you from attending a concert, we are unfortunately unable to refund your ticket unless you have purchased ticket protection insurance through The Stoller Hall. However for events held at The Yard, we are able to send a link to a HD livestream of the event at no further cost to ensure that you are still able to experience the event from your own home.
